For the City is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to reaching the people of Costa Rica with the hope and love of Jesus Christ. We believe in meeting people where they are — spiritually, physically, and relationally — and walking alongside them in their journey. Whether it's through discipleship, community outreach, or practical support, our mission is rooted in compassion and driven by faith.

We partner with local churches in Costa Rica and the United States to offer free services and resources that address urgent needs related to education, hunger, unemployment, and healthcare.

By meeting the needs of the whole person, we can help Costa Ricans understand that God is for everyone. Although we do give food, clothing, educational assistance, we focus on helping people experience complete transformation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
